It is very interesting and really sensible program for learning. I really enjoyed the topic and I gained knowledge with it. Program was strategically designed for different audiences with busy schedules. Passion and enthusiasm in sharing knowledge was exceptional, included real-life scenarios which can be easily related to. Professional, patient and respectful. Counsellors went above and beyond to make sure every concern was addressed at the soonest possible time.

The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.
