Instructors shared significant experiences that would definitely be useful in actual practice: Rose was very helpful in my Lean Six Sigma journey with IMC. Right from the get-go, she provided timely and proper assistance. I would love to continue working on the Master Black Belt path with her as my counselor once more.

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions. She ensured that the high quality of service will be given to me. The Service Team is excellent!

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.
