My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. The course was really informative and fascinating. I think a lot of us will comment on how useful it was. Mr. Sashi conveys the information with knowledge and sincerity. We were able to put Lean Six Sigma Green Belt into perspective with the aid of the resources that were supplied. They are uncomplicated, simple to use, and useful tools that we may use in our professional life. Being advised by Ms. Aliya Younus was an excellent opportunity and experience. She gave me a thorough introduction to the course material that was highly detailed and exact. The Pakistan Team was fantastic to meet. They have outstanding communication skills and were extremely swift in answering questions or clearing up misunderstandings. A wonderful organization! Excellent customer help throughout the entire process. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and above at every turn. Without any reservations, I'd suggest them.

I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!

Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. The IMC service team is exceptional in its operations and service provisions. It is a welcoming centre of excellence, easy to refer colleagues to acquire excellence training.

The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.
