First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Very well planned and executed, trainer was very composed, patiently explained every concept Michelle is very good and timely response on all queries and clarifications asked, very supportive. Suryansh is very good in every supportive aspects, very prompt in every queries and clarifications asked.

Mr. Debhashish is having having vast experience and training during those 10 days were really helpful in implementing in organizations. Mr. is supportive and provides every detail when required.

Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.

Dr. Said is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how present the coerce his lessons were engaging and useful, and he was very patient with everyone.
