Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
