However, I had some difficulty understanding Shashi's accent at times, and he spoke very quickly. I understand that English is not Shashi's first language, and I appreciate his efforts to teach the course in English. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge.
