LSS project was wonderful and full of learning. Mr. Shashi is an outclass trainer. He encouraged & inspired me throughout the training period. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills. I have so much communication with her during my training sessions and exams and never found her annoyed. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization!
