First of all, I want to thank IMC for the self-paced training in Green Belt Six Sigma. This training helps me to improve my critical and problem-solving skills. This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.

Trainer were very great and Knowledgeable. Surbhi was a great assistance to me. she worked with me , eventhough she know I am having difficulty in Financing my study in IMC , but she work with me. Assist me farther beyond. To the Service Team, they understand my struggles but they see my tenacity to get that education I needed for my work.

Ms. Vaibhavi Telge was very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. Ms. Frixie was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I'm also very satisfied with the quick response/answer that I need right away to all my queries. Thank you IMC team.

The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.

The trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is well versed in the art of Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of what is the requirement of the current market. Kudos to the trainer, who is laying the foundation for the new ones and introducing the concepts of SIX SIGMA to its very core. A very well versed and informative session. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer.
