The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. The trainer is very good explanation, easily understandable. Appreciate it. Ms. Nanka Kumari is very good at her work, she even helps outside working hours without any hesitation.
