The program was well-structured and provided a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts. Mr. Debasish Mukherjee was very skilled and experienced. Materials were easy to understand and interactive sessions and group exercises helped in better understanding the concepts. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
