My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me.
