The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory. He was able to understand the questions even when those were not asked to the point. Mr. Gaurav Bharadwaj was very cooperative and understanding. Because of him only I was able to do the course.

The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.

Our trainer was amazing! He makes sure we are able to comprehend and interpret the principles of Lean Six Sigma. He was clear and spot on with our discussions and problem solving exercises. The program is interactive and engaging. Excellent training!!! Quick to response at any given time, always polite and kind. The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us very good examples how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.
