The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. I am so glad to complete the course and finished the final assessment on my first attempt. It equipped me with amazing new skills in Lean Principles, Testing, Analyses, Hypothesis, Process, and DFSS Tools. The Yellow Belt Certification Program is an excellent program run by IMC. It gives the learner a view of what is Six Sigma all about and the way trainers present the program makes it even more easy to learn and grasp the six sigma fundamentals. The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.
