Very good training and it helps lot to improve the knowledge. Zeba gave good guidance and she is more supportive. Michelle is very responsive and gave quick support.

The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Rose is very welcoming and accommodating with every query I have, especially about the course itself. Her assistance throughout the course is very much appreciated. IMC is a great platform and institution for improving and having continuous professional knowledge to help every individual in excelling on their own fields.

Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Mr. Shashi was explained clearly and examples were provided to be understood easily. Ms. Zeba always acts promptly to provide needed assistance. Ms. Frixie always provide assistance for what I needed and promptly responded to queries.

The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience.
