Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved. I have never seen such responsive and hardworking team. IMC has great multi-talented and cross-cultural team, building IMC to get stronger day by day.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! Faizan has been in contract throughout the entire journey, and had been very supportive of all my questions and concerns. He is a delight to work with.

Ms. Akther provides a clear view of what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life and was knowledgeable about Lean Six Sigma. I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me.
