Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. Program is very informative and helpful along the e-learning process. I get to know the topics easily because of a learning friendly videos and handouts. Trainer was very versatile and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Counsellor was very attentive on questions asked and get to know your progress from time to time.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier.
