The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. The program was prepared well that made us to know about the basic essential course in the lean six sigma which will prepare us for its next levels. However, the trainer had an excellent method to explain and deliver the content of the course that made us to know much about the course.
