The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Rose Ann De Luna is very professional- super accommodating and prompt in responding to my requests.

Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

The content was comprehensive and informative, covering all the necessary topics in detail. The assignments were challenging but manageable. The trainer was engaging and enthusiastic, keeping us motivated and focused. The Counsellor was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. He provided me with excellent guidance and practical advice about the course.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and support during our counselling sessions. Your guidance and insight have been invaluable in helping me work through my challenges and make progress towards my goals. I want to commend your team for their dedication to customer service and for going above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the resolution.

The program is well organized and so insightful considering the practical discussions other than the theoretical side of it. The trainers have shown expertise about the subject-matter and in imparting their knowledge.The counselors are so supportive in the journey to get certified. I am grateful to the entire team.
