Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

Trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is very humble, Knowledgeable and helpful. Program is well designed and organized. If you add one project in it then it will be more effective. Counsellor is more like a friend. She always responds very quickly and effectively. She is very clear about her job and knowledge.

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma.
