The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The training program is comprehensive covering all the required areas of Six Sigma that we should be aware of, Trainer is very knowledgeable to give real-life examples of situations in the work environment which can be related, which helps in easy understanding of the concepts. Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor.
