A really thorough, and well-organized training. The online training features were easy to access with available reference materials to use which enables me to learn at my own pace. The instructor not only discusses the topic but shares actual practical applications. Overall a great learning experience.

The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization.
