The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

The program was great, and most important trainer Mr. Shashi did a fabulous job in explaining the content. Vanshika was very supportive throughout my journey; I had a lot of questions and queries, but she was very cooperative and assisted me very patiently.
