Mr. Shashi explained this course incredibly which enabled us to learn and understand further every detail of Lean Six Sigma. The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!
