Mr. Pankaj's experiences as a subject matter expert of the course are truly traced by his insights to the given practical examples as set by the learners. The methodology is a great learning experience. Ms. Rose's assistance is commendable ensuring that all requests are being attended thoroughly and timely.

The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.
