My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.
