The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Made difficult concepts very simple to understand. Last but not least... Thanks to the IMC Program for conducting such an effective & structured training session. Had a very positive experience working with Soumya and Michelle. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. Also, on-time support helped a lot during the course and I appreciate the help both gave me during the session and my learning phase. I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses. LSSGB Program is a highly informative program. The trainer clearly discussed related concepts in the best way he can for us to easily understand. And most importantly, he gave specific scenarios in a corporate setting excellently. Rose is She is very accommodating and responsive to the concerns and gives feedback quickly.

The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end. The whole course content has really enhanced our approach to problem identifying, analyzing the cause and finding a solution apt for it. Thank you Akhter for all your experience and knowledge sharing. Ashmeen was very helpful and supportive, she explained the entire course details and was answering my question very efficiently and cleared all my doubts. She is the one who motivated and pushed me to enroll for the Combo of LSSGB + LSSBB which really helped me understand the subject and clear my doubt and enhance my knowledge in one go. The service Team was very proactive, they have been uploading the Videos and content on time so we could refer to the same. If any glitches we faced technically they have been very supportive to resolve the same so we do not face any issues or miss anything.

The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject.
