I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.

The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.
