The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Surbhi was exceptional in ensuring we are informed about all the activities on time. The Service Team provided all the necessary login information and support as and when required.

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

The program/training provided me with the essential skills and knowledge to improve processes and implement Lean Six Sigma techniques in my daily work. The interactive format and hands-on exercises helped me gain practical experience and confidence in using Lean Six Sigma tools such as value stream mapping, data analysis, and process control. I appreciated the time and effort you put into tailoring the program/training to our specific needs and answering questions to ensure our understanding. The program/training has had a significant impact on my personal and professional development, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in advancing their knowledge and skills in Lean Six Sigma. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.
