A well-diversed and eloquent trainer that spares no effort in making sure the material is well-understood by the attendees. The program covered all aspects of the LSSGB in a smooth and interactive way. The counsellor took his time to explain how Lean Six Sigma course material can help in daily activities in my current work capacity, which is highly appreciated.

The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.

The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.

Big thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise in a level that is easy to understand. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us. Big thanks to IMC for this great program. Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.
