The LSSBB program is adequately designed for professionals. Mr. Shashi Prakash has outstanding skills in LSS delivery. He has eased the complex calculations in simple steps which eases understanding at all levels. The response to inquiries was excellent. It will surely enhance my skills to excel in my career. It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
