Mr Shashi is very humble and has a great presentation style. His method of teaching is phenomenal he has the skill of of letting his audience engaged in the coursework. Highly recommended. Sofia and Michelle are the best ones who goes extra miles to full fill the candidates expectations. Over all IMC is the best institute with great mentors and supporting staffs.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.

I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
