The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.

Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from.
