The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. The institute and its programs are highly recommended especially for individuals who want to grow and develop professional aspirations. Shaza has also provided stellar support to attend to my needs, most especially that I can only study on weekends.

The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.
