The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive.
