However, I had some difficulty understanding Shashi's accent at times, and he spoke very quickly. I understand that English is not Shashi's first language, and I appreciate his efforts to teach the course in English. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. Excellent program, course content and Sashi is an excellent teacher to put things in very simple and plain statements. I would like to attend more classes with Sashi. The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

Mr Shasi is a good trainer and explore his practical approach while giving training. Mr. Gaurav is a good supporter of resolving any type of query. Soumya gave overall good support.
