Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.

The program about the green belt training certification program is excellent. The way it was delivered is cleared and precise. Very understandable and clear. Understood the way the trainer delivered the lecture in training. The support training is awesome, very supportive, and easily contacted immediately. Assisting me in taking the training for any queries I arise.

The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries.
