A good program and nice training by Mr. Fasi, his honesty and professional commitment were the key to making this training informative and outstanding. The Counsellor and the Service Team are good.

It was a good experience with IMC and special thanks goes to my trainer Shashi Prakash and my counsellor Ruby who supported me throughout this training and cleared all my doubts very patiently. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr. Shashi teaching methods are great. Thank u Mr. Shashi and Mr. Gaurav provides good guidance. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the IMC Service Team for their utmost and prompt response to all inquiries.

The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

Learnings from Mr. Shashi have been great. There were many elements of Six Sigma that I was doing wrong, and I am now confident that I can use the learnings from the sessions to improvise myself.
