I think this is a great program to spread learning and make people professionally strong. Customer support is doing a good job in supporting us in every possible way. My trainer Mr. Shashi is very good in teaching, he knows very well how the complex things can be easily teach, Ms. Surbhi describes the course and the facilities very well. She is very helpful and her response to any query is very prompt. The service Team was great. Overall it is a good learning place.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.
