The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
