Thanking the trainer for the great training course, it was a great presentation and was given lots of opportunities to interact and ask questions, a lot of knowledge and information tackled for PMP practical exam. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

Ms. Vaibhavi Telge was very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. Ms. Frixie was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I'm also very satisfied with the quick response/answer that I need right away to all my queries. Thank you IMC team.
