I have used the video recording and the material which your executive shared, those were very comprehensive and detailed for enhancing my knowledge. I attended the LSSBB training by Rahul which was very helpful. The counsellor Shaza was excellent and very helpful in helping me solve all the questions and challenges.

LSS project was wonderful and full of learning. Mr. Shashi is an outclass trainer. He encouraged & inspired me throughout the training period. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thank you, Sir Shashi, for helping me in achieving my goals. Ms. Arfa is a very cooperative and polite counsellor. Always ready to support. I have so much communication with her during my training sessions and exams and never found her annoyed. Every time whenever I approached her, she respond in a timely manner and provide the required information without any delay. I am thankful to Ms. Arfa for her cooperative and polite response. The service Team is good. always respond in a timely manner.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!

Ms. Akhter training and guidance helped in understanding concepts easily. Amazing way of breaking down concepts. Her sessions were engaging. Would highly recommend her. The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!
