He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. The Service Team is very assistive in all of my concerns especially when I lose my access to this account before. Immediate assistance was provided to me.

After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program. Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

Sashi sir is amazing, the way he teaches in a such a practical manner is really worth applauding. I had all the help whenever required, and faced no difficulty. Vanshika did a great help and solved every query in no time.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.
