The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear. Thank you also to IMC for giving an opportunity to attend complementary classes which is also an effective mode of teaching other than e-learning. With this, I was given a chance to interact with the trainer and co-trainees and paved the way to ask questions. Mr. Shashi was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team! Has good communication skills and well organized team.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.
