The program was very good I learned a lot and the lectures time was suitable for me. Mr. Shashi was fantastic the way I received the information was simple and direct. He was very interactive with the class. Zeba is incredibly helpful. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly and guided me during the registration as well as during the course. The program has all the details to equip one with the basic foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The trainer has mastery of the course and teaches with professionalism and experience. He has too much examples to bring the literature to the real world and for this, i am confident that i have the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Very supportive in providing the needed advise to students. I have been able to make some good decisions about LSS based on their expert advice. Service team too is great. They will respond to any query at any team.

The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable.
