Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. As far as the service team is concerned, they have been responding to the concerns in a timely manner.

The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered. Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics.
