I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.
