The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.

Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. Always approachable and helped me in each stages of the process until course completion. Highly recommend her hard-work and passion towards serving trainees. I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. He explained in detail the methodology adopted by IMC to impart such training. Besides, he was always available to guide in the right direction. The service team was apt in providing the technical support of uploading the course material and sharing the link for the same.

I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.
