I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. But thanks to IMC I have fulfilled my long-held dream. Ayisha Hazim fulfilled my long-held dream by giving a good promo. She's very accommodating and always reminding me to prepare for assessment

Ms. Aliya support at her best. She is a great resource as she can understand the problems and find out the fastest way solution. As a counsellor, she put all her efforts to facilitate and guide as per needed. The service team is good and always ready to facilitate us.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and support during our counselling sessions. Your guidance and insight have been invaluable in helping me work through my challenges and make progress towards my goals. The learning, help and support I have received from trainer is appreciable and worth every penny invested for this program. Tremendous support I have received from their side, always helpful and determined. I have got all my doubts answered and processes done without any delays.
