The training program is comprehensive covering all the required areas of Six Sigma that we should be aware of, Trainer is very knowledgeable to give real-life examples of situations in the work environment which can be related, which helps in easy understanding of the concepts. Counsellor (Vanshika Bajaj) is helpful and provided all required information and details required for me during my course, really appreciate her input and advice not only about the career choices, but also about how to effectively seek opportunities and make good use of my resources. It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

The Trainer is an excellent guide and has helped in resolving all the queries, very informative sessions. Ms. Sofia very helpful and transparent, was taking feedback during the course to ensure if the candidate is satisfied with the course or does need assistance.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor.
