Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed. They have great knowledge which helped me a lot. One fantastic value is that I could find them anytime; day and night. They are welcoming anytime.. Excellent job!

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

I am grateful to get the opportunity to learn from your institute. Where the trainers are very skillful and good conduct. Once again I am thankful to the whole team of IMC institute to motivate me for this certification and give me a source to develop myself as the companies hunt for the certification candidates. CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.
